Programming
a system for the world’s icon for computer hardware
platforms can be a daunting task. (Sort of like playing
in the wedding band at Paul McCartney's wedding.)
So
when it came time to integrate a state-of the-art A/V
conferencing system for IBM, the expectation was that
there would be a lot of over-the-shoulder direction. What
really happened, though, was a study in collaboration
and teamwork with wholly unexpected and simply amazing
results.

for meetings with personnel worldwide.
